Chinese people and Indians are similar

On average they are not big but there are exceptions ofocurse. In India certain states have a lot of big strong people. Same with China. Uygher and certain tribes are big strong people.

But when Indians Chinese etc hit gym consistently, they get very muscular/big as you would see in most gyms. Seen heaps of evidence. Bigger than most western guys too.

Not including strong men though who are very few and just freaks.

Weight lifting is made for Chinese people. They have naturally strong trunks and calves.

You have to wait for a country to become first world to max out their genetic potential.

Chinese are now winning swimming and setting records. They still have around 20 years of growth left. We have around 40-50.

By the mid 2060s we should be at $20k+ USD and 0.85+ HDI.

That's alot for a country with such a big population. So yes we will be transformed. We are like at the moment 50% of our true genetic potential. China is close to maxing out.

I dont say things like this just cause I am patriotic and ahite like that. I have seen real evidence of people in rural India and abroad etc. So much diversity in genes. India have many strong physical/athletic people. Just need to be nurtured the right way with proper facilities, coaching etc and funding most importantly. Can't have babbus eating up most of the funding and throwing scraps at players. Lot of athletes go missing cause of poor connections/networking. Merit is often never rewarded. In sports that is.

yeah, comparing a third world country to a first world country is like comparing a child to an adult.

even in cricket, we haven't even reached our final form. we are still a long way away from that.

Nadeem got a job at Wapda after winning Punjab Youth Games in Pakistan in 2012. His age is 27 now, how did he get a job at the age of 15 ? Really strange.

After your post, just had a quick look at men's javelin medalists gold/silver/bronze from 2004 couldn't find anyone 30 yo or more....age range is 22-29 at the time of winning medal... neeraj, Nadeem both will be 30+ in LA, Nadeem even more as likely hid his actual age

That's some A level genes right there. Patrick Patterson, Ambrose,

Croft, Marshall, Winston, Sylvester Clarke

Etc all would have passed on top tier genes to their kids. Elite A level athletes

Brazil with 3 Gold is in Top 20 in the medal table. Thats what we should target.

Maybe less medals but more golds. Need champion mindset for that.

Need to target wrestling. Send multiple contenders. Badminton, squash, tennis, maybe invest in olympic lifting etc.

I read that you have better strength and grip in 30s but the recovery from injuries start taking more times so less times for practice and you miss more competitive tournaments.

Wrestling has many medal winners in 30s. Javelin throw has running component as well combined with throwing. Although, iirc,  Gatlin won 100 m gold at 35-36 age.

Most ICFers would be grandparents, great grandparents or dead by then.

I would assume the running component is similar to what it is in fast bowling. Speeds of fast bowlers peak in 27-31 age bracket.

As for Ind, I would expect at least 5% of USA + China gold medals. The two have 80 golds, so India should at least have 5 irrespective of tons of excuses for not winning them (Now only if medals were awarded for excuses)!

Sadly government don't care about reputation of the nation. Don't provide funding either. Not enough.

India is honestly one of the most protein deficient places on planet... I get the point of blaming government but our staple diet is absolutely sh** to say the least.

This is the common Vishwaguru land diet which is equivalent to a dog food in western countries 108% carbs lol

Idk what the even f** is in that bowl (some Tamil curry dish ig):hysterical:
