Though I don't think Rohit is someone who drops out without no reason, he has missed quite a few SENA away tests since his resurgence as a test opener.

 

Entire SA and NZ series, the key final test in England, the start of the last Aus series too.

Good chance that Easwaran will be in the mix given his big scores in the recent match against Mumbai. But, they will likely open with Gill and Jaiswal, and play Sarfaraz in the middle order. Easwaran will be the back up opener.
