MechEng Posted May 2, 2025 Posted May 2, 2025 IMF giving cash to Pk recently and Haseena being ousted. Who needs enemies when you have friends like the US. ravishingravi, Gollum, Vicks57 and 1 other 1 3
MechEng Posted May 2, 2025 Posted May 2, 2025 (edited) I don't want to sound racist, but it is impossible to like Bangladeshis. Even muslim civilians from a war torn country like Syria have way more class. Edit: Forget Bangladeshis, Syrian muslims are much better than Pakistanis too. mishra Posted May 2, 2025 Posted May 2, 2025 Pakistan is clearly saying that any attack by India will be responded by quid pro quo Plus. And they will increase it various notch. Man! We need mass production of Pinaka MK3. Thats only deterrence. Its still in gfabrication stage.

First we got Kargil and after that he specifically told forces to not cross LoC while Pakistan was being labelled as aggressor throughout the world. We had the initiative. Then you get BD clashes on the border lol After that comes Parliament attacks and subsequent humiliation in the form of poorly coordinated Operation Parakaram where 798 Indian soldiers lost their lives in comparison we lost 527 in Kargil. No wonder people kicked them out in 2004. Shining India lol Max terror attacks then. Even Amarnath saw a bloodbath in 2000 or 01 with 100+ casualties, forgotten today. IC 814 hijack. List is very long. Vajpayee was a weakling when it came to national security. Edited May 2, 2025 by Gollum Lone Wolf 1

Most pak cities within 120km to 150km of border. India badly needed its version of Himars which has a range from 80 to 300km. A thousand of these units across the border would mean pakistan would be overwhelmed. The good news looking forward is that K9 thunder vajra which india have, the korean company have produced the k9a3 version with 80km range. India needs to induct 200 of these with localisation asap. If india fully buys into this program the a4 version is rumoroured to be 120km. Simultaneously to above the pinaka system needs to touch 200km.
Lone Wolf Posted May 2, 2025 Author Posted May 2, 2025 Man we used to troll MMS but this is ultimate level of sh*thousery. Vishwagorilla for a reason.
putrevus Posted May 2, 2025 Posted May 2, 2025 (edited) Our genius PM is busy inaugurating ports for his friend Adani. And our home minister is giving his standard dialogues. Chun chun ke is now his catch phrase ? but both geniuses are busy patting themselves on back for Uri and Balakot strikes. These two morons have been in power for more than 10 years and the Only way India can win is to surprise Pakistan otherwise they cannot win is pathetic. Do we even who and how this attack happened? These guys have completely neutered Indian armed forces. Edited May 2, 2025 by putrevus

Paxtan hasn't released exact their exact numbers but Fatah 1 MBRL has 140km range.. and Fatah 2 is 400km directly threatening our major population centres. Which begs the question WTF were out military planners doing all this while? How the eff a bankrupt PA military got an edge over us in Self propelled artillery and in rocket contingent?
Lone Wolf Posted May 2, 2025 Author Posted May 2, 2025 (edited) General assumption is that Mobile Artillery (SPH) have not been proven that effective in Mountainous terrain. India's US made M777 howitzers could be clincher for us in Kashmir front. Post Kargil this is only decent Induction that has happened in Indian land forces which is shocking indeed. Probelm actually surfaces in Plainer Punjab and notorious jammu Akhnoor belt where you would need extensive number of SPH and only 100 Korean made K9 Vajra aren't going to cut it against 600 Paxtani SPH's. Prior to this standoff I had zero clue about these shortcomings and only used to blame IAF Edited May 2, 2025 by Lone Wolf randomGuy 1
goose Posted May 2, 2025 Posted May 2, 2025 tactically a surgical strike would be a poor choice. whatever you do it needs to be done for a very long time, like 2 years. you’re setting up yourself to fail otherwise. Pak is coming out with all this talk of threatening tit for tat because that’s the path they want India to choose. randomGuy, ravishingravi and Gollum 1 2
mishra Posted May 2, 2025 Posted May 2, 2025 (edited) I have been following various statements coming from US. Unlike what Pundits are saying on tv and otger places, Here is my take. When Modi said he has given free hand to CDS and rest, He must have given a objective. Now that objective must be so severe which US estimates to be highly disproportionate. ravishingravi Posted May 2, 2025 Posted May 2, 2025 Keep them waiting. Drag it out. Pressure tactics will drown them in anxiety. IWS was the ram ban. India really can squeeze a lot of levers. And bankrupt pakistan can't sustain mobilization. randomGuy and G_B_ 1 1

I see that as highly unlikely, I sense India will try to to project stability with the current US policy of decoupling from China. A large escalation means that is difficult, lndian planners might end up taking the path of stratergic restrain & choose to punish Pakistan through non-kinetic measures like IWT. It might not be what we want to see, but it might be the smart thing to do. Eat China's pie & make Pakistan truley irreleavnt.
