Lone Wolf Posted May 11, 2025 Posted May 11, 2025 Blunt and Honest take ... @Gollum @ravishingravi I only wish MEA had done a better job when it comes to messaging. Some high ranking Government official should have announced victory or our objectives being achieved. Whatever happened last night especially will remain a mystery & will be forgotten but it gave us plenty to think about. Gollum and ravishingravi 1 1
Bigg Brother Posted May 11, 2025 Posted May 11, 2025 So all is well now? What did our govt do in response of ceasefire violation?

That's pretty much what our shitty MoD said as well while shoving a peace loving dildo up our asses. We are responsible and adequate. Till a month back, I was of the opinion that there is still a section in Pak society which wants peace and maybe PM could find a way to work with these moderates for betterment of region. Today I am convinced there is nothing called moderate in Pakistan. They have two sets of people, one can actually kill second set are thinking of killing.
Lone Wolf Posted May 11, 2025 Posted May 11, 2025 ^^^ also tells us all our economic prosperity and development plans are futile coz we have a rabid dog having such a lower nuclear threshold in our neighborhood. De nuclearizing Paxtan will be our biggest challenge. raki05 and Tillu 2

Pak got a lot of " help " when they were dismembered in 1971 and during their road to bankruptcy as well, right ? Back then you had Indira Gandhi who gave Kissinger a middle finger despite having a struggling economy. Now you have babus who are scared that their children studying in US universities will suffer consequences if they don't toe the line. Edited May 11, 2025 by MechEng Lord 1

Babus have no skin in the game.. Jaishankar and Doval's sons are UK US citizens do buisness there. Babudom will remain a bane in our existence.
cowboysfan Posted May 11, 2025 Posted May 11, 2025 more details to come but we cannot ignore what started all this-the pahalgham massacre of hindus.we need to overhaul our intelligence ,need more human intel across the border and make it impossible to infiltrate the J&K border and keep an eye on drones at all times. coffee_rules 1

Back then she didn't have to deal with nuclear powered nation. Having said that, big fan of 1971. But if you read the media reports of the time, she was called a coward because she went in 6 months too late and damage had already happened and Assam demographics were altered for good. IG achieved nothing. She didn't withdraw from IWT, take back our (not so radicalized Gilgit and PoK) or increase our chicken's neck in BD. Somebody should have gutts to take such hard decision and ready to sacrificed sizable population of ours in order to wipe off complete Pakistan from the map. But as we know we value life more than politician and army genral in pooorkistan. For them firing nuclear bomb is only resort inspite of knowing that they will be wiped off and thats the only card they play, i still believe this is just their blackmailing tactics but still no sane politicians in india would be ready to take that risk. EnterTheVoid Posted May 11, 2025 Posted May 11, 2025 Pak claiming ceasefire as a victory. LOL, OK. They are also celebrating their IMF begging bowl being re-filled. Is that a victory as well? Pratik77, Laaloo, raki05 and 3 others 6
EnterTheVoid Posted May 11, 2025 Posted May 11, 2025 India militarily achieved what it set out to do. Retaliate and not escalate. - Surgical strikes deep within Pakistan territory without fear of external pressure - Retaliated to their strikes back - Indigenous Akash system took down all drones and incoming targets - S400 battle proven So, how is India at a loss? EnterTheVoid Posted May 11, 2025 Posted May 11, 2025 The optics needs to be better managed. It look India agreed to a ceasefire within 12 hours of Pakistan's operations. Great for their domestic consumption and chest thumping. But optics are whats perceived. Not what is true or false. And the optics the Indian media peddled - Karachi port destroyed etc - makes the Indian agreement to a ceasefire seem like India caved in. raki05 1
