Bangladesh is still a minnow and should only play against associates !

After today's loss to Ind by 1 run, Bangladesh once again proved that they are still a minnow team and they should not be playing against top teams. They are better off playing against associates. Their performances in the last 2 years or so is mere fluke. Any team can achieve playing in their own backyard, no big deal. They lost to Pak in Asia Cup final by 2 runs, now losing to Ind by 1 run. Just pathetic.

I think BD was absolutely brilliant in the game and out played India except for the last 3 balls .... Unfortunately for BD, Ind had done enough in the game to make those 3 balls count

This is an overreaction. Bangladesh almost beat India in India which many teams still dream of doing. The fight they showed today despite not being in contention for a place in KOs is commendable. Excellent field placements, good catches, good bowling and brilliant batting. What more do you need?

Unneccessary and inaccurate.  They executed the 1st half to perfection.  Inexperience led them to a tough spot in the 2nd innings, when a better team would have just cruised it.  And then the worst case scenario happened.  It should never have been that close with their 1st innings performance - we were a good 20 runs short, and they have international class batting.  They are comfortably better batting side than PAK or SL at this point...

Nothing to do with minnowness lol. I back some weaker teams winning from there like Netherland/Ireland. It is about keeping your head and play percentage cricket. Even minnows can do that for 3 balls.
