nevada Posted May 14, 2017 Posted May 14, 2017 Nice of Yuvi to help out the youngster. In this anything goes era, he would have got away with saying something rude to Pant and refusing the request. Interestingly, batsmen asking opponents to help with shoelace is a very old practice. I read about such an incident in Gavaskar's autobiographical book. One of the Mumbai batsman asked a WI fielder to tie his shoelace - in Marathi! Gavaskar had to step in as translator. Under_Score 1
