“My father was the only earning person at home. He suffered a heart attack — not one but two and that too within one night. He almost got another attack six months later, but we were glad we reached the hospital in time. he does not eat only maggi now i am pretty sure...he used to eat it.

I am sorry but they had a car , 10k EMI for it, earned 40k per month, but wants others to think he was poor. OK Poor in India have a different definition. How many people owned a car at 17 ? lol

40k per month is not bad at all, although most of the money earned probably went into his father's well being.

his father had 3 heart attacks and heart treatment is very costly. He was not poor but 40,000 per month isn't enough when you have to spend lacs in purchasing stent for bypass.

That was my thought as well. He says as if Maggi is a bad thing :)   From time to time I still eat Maggi.

Yeah. Mom keeps visiting relatives and I have to survive on maggi and bread . Its super awesome. One thing you can never get bored of.
