These 3 (who made it up the ranks from grassroots level, no shortcut vertical lift) would ideally have formed the core of the party leadership post Modi era, now there's a vacuum. BJP has a good rung of women leaders.. Nirmala Sitaraman,Smriti Irani, Malavika all speak very eloquently. Most probably RSS will bring in the likes of Ram Madhav into the party
