Amla in an out doesn't help and I thought they should have persisted with Markram who looked decent earlier against Bangladesh. Lot of pressure on Du Plesis to perform for the team. I think Markaram has to be play win the middle order for them. I think he will from here on.

SL and Afghanistan as well. Their games vs Aus and NZ will nail their fate. Eng, Ind, NZ, Aus/WI/SA/PAk - both SA and Pak are real longshots.

I would keep Amla and Markram and Du Plesis all in same line up so there is no pressure on Du Plesis all the time in the middle. One of them can stay and anchor the innings with Du Plesis
