maniac
Pandya, Rahul,Shankar, Kaul-Cha all look like it is just another game gotta give a shoutout to IPL for this. Wins and loses happens but the way these guys absorb the pressure is top class and so calm in games like this is unbelievable. speedheat, Shaz1, Vilander and 6 others 1 4 3 1 Link to comment
Gollum
IPL hasn't helped us in this regard, sorry. Our IPL stars have been outclutched too many times in big matches these last few years. If this generation manages to rack up a few big trophies we can investigate further and discuss your theory. Stan AF and Shaz1 2 Link to comment

Winning and losing is not the point. Happens in cricket. There is no choking or getting overwhelmed by the occasion. Every youngster looks so chill and calm even when things were not going in their favor. As Pandya said he reads social media and doesn’t give a fk what people think. Shankar said he took the hate in his stride and worked on his skills. These Guys don’t give a fk. The amount of trolling they get during IPL, the crowds, the accountability, the pressure. IPL has given them nerves and even balls of steel. All hail IPL SecondSlip, AuxiliA, Shaz1 and 3 others 5 1 Link to comment

Exactly. What international trophies have this current lot won? Just seen several examples of choking at either semi-finals or finals. Where the IPL SHOULD have helped with developing aggressive lower order hitters or bowlers who can contribute with the bat the cupboard has been empty for a long time. Link to comment

Winning and losing is part of the game which depends on your skills and their execution. Where IPL has helped is handling pressure in from of the big crowd. These guys don't look overwhelmed. 15 years back, you could young players pissing in pants under pressure or early in their careers which isn't the case. IPL won't make you win international games. You have the biggest loser captain of IPL as Indian Captain and you want trophies. Rohit Sharma whenever enters a cup with less resources he wins it. Link to comment
