Rashid Khan is a good  T20 bowler not an ODI or Text bowler,  there is a big difference

Only thing in common is their age. Other than that, Rashid is miles better than Tambe.

Averages 16 in odis and 28 in tests. Has only played 2 tests

Because a 20 yr old spinner playing his first WC got hit? Young players will go through such ups and downs, how they come out of it will separate the world class bowlers from ordinary ones. Rashid will strongly comeback from this thrashing. He's a brilliant ambassador for Afghan cricket, their biggest superstar and will have a long successful career.

He has spent virtually all his odi career playing against associate teams 

Two test matches yes , one against a real test team and was found wanting and one like Afghanistan not a real test nation

I reiterate again a very good T20 bowler because his style and speed and with  batsman going after him makes him more dangerous but in longer formats batsmen have more time to wait on the bad ball and there are plenty . 

Bowlers are like batsmen not all can excel in the 3 formats ,

Any failure in test cricket is no good, as Holding said T20 isn't cricket and T20 stars aren't cricketers. Afghans are scheduled to play a few tests in the newly released FTP, let's see what Rashid does.
