Thats bs, china has history of this. This is another conspiracy theory. NIH gets reports from all over U.S, incase there is some unique death as they have innovation labs to just work on these kinds of flu and come up with vaccines for such things. There was nothing like this before. They have been studying corona virus since 2004 actually when as they all belonged to the same family where SARS come from. There has never been any urgency than it has been now until the China virus started spreading.
