I was dreading sitting in a theatre for 4 hrs as I barely have patience to watch a movie in a theater anymore. Obviously nothing beats cinema experience, this was totally worth it , good that Regal theatre allows beer/wine in the theatre so that helped through 1-2 dull dragging moments (not a lot). Madhavan and Akshay Khanna have god level screen presence. Ranveer Singh is a polarizing character- how can such a cringe and irritating human being be such a good/talented actor Arjun Rampal has to be one of the most improved actors going around in the world. Sanjay Dutt is Sanjay Dutt- oozes charisma even in bad films. This was tailor made for him. Rakesh Bedi- what an underrated legendary actoe . Finally will get his props overall a must watch. How many people’s blood boiled in the red screen scene The BGM was epic too. Must watch. Highly recommend coffee_rules, Mariyam, Gollum and 1 other 1 3

vvvslaxman Posted December 11, 2025 Posted December 11, 2025 Watched Substance. It is a horror alright. But a dark comedy satire too. If you understand the metaphors in the movie it all makes sense.
