@Rasgulla @Real McCoy any comments on a thread titled "Greatest death bowling by an Indian bowler"

It was a fluke  slow wicket hazy surroundings and donald to bowl at. if somebody is calling this "Greatest death bowling by an Indian bowler" , then its a great insult to the bowlers at that time. kumble and srinath did all the heavy lifting only for vadapavji getting the credit in the end. I remember ajay jadeja and joginder sharma bowling such overs in the death. why dont they call it the greatest death bowling. because they know its a fluke. but when it comes to vadapavji, its all :adore: what about the choke in the 2003 wc finals and the must win 99 wc super six game against Aus. How about the chennai test in 99. choked when the target got near. why does he get the praise when he didnt do his primary job of a top order batsman properly because the target was 190+. If he had done that, India would have won easily. no, no lets worship him says the average sachinista :whack:

somebody should make stats on the progress from 80 to 100 and how many balls taken. I'm sure vadapav will come low down the list. I remember a match where sachin and sidhu scored centuries against pak in sharjah. sidhu upped his tempo after reaching 50 but sachin slowed down after 50. interesting if you ask me

Edit: I had more confidence in Sidhu when it comes to facing pak than sachin. sidhu scored 90 off 110 in that 96 qf and our precious vadapav scored 30 off 60 and nervously poked a regulation stump ball and got out inside edge on to the stumps. 99 also same thing playing nervous in a must win game. the only time he faced head on was in 92 and 03 where it was a group match. in those days, pak players use to abuse our players a lot. Sidhu, gambo, bhaji and sehwag took it to them whereas players like sachin took the abuse and not say a word. when you come to such gali galoch cricketers, you should give back in spades to them and put them in check. otherwise they will run riot all over you

Phiksed :winky:

Are you saying Dave Richardson (head of ICC),Alan Donald (one of the greatest fast bowlers) and Mcmillian fixed the game

My respect for Sachin increased ten fold for being the consummate professional he is and doing his job amazingly well among all this crap :hatsoff:

Im pretty sure Siddhu will join yet another political party and will laugh his lungs out for free if he is given an option to have even 20% of Sachin’s credentials

out of 4 innings sachin scored a 69 and remained not out on one occassion.. so failed only in two innings.

May be Sachin knew that his "voice" would betray his false aggression and the other guys would only laugh louder so better to keep mum :dontknow:

The greatest talent for Ind ever did even better on his debut in a world event v better batsmen (not on a slow pitch) in a game that was in the opposition's pocket to keep his team's hope alive :hatsoff:

Funny how when it comes to any other player, only performances in ICC TOURNAMENT FINALS count rest of their 99.99% career can be thrown out of window, but for Pandu some random fluke against mighty bangladesh can be hailed as a crowing moment of achievement
