Actually correction, this is Australia's third string bowling lineup. The second string is the one we are seeing in tonights T20I.

Umpiring has been piss poor in this match.

To have "won" this game psychologically at least, India needed to have taken 3-4 early wickets. Very weak performance overall.

Australia's bowling lineup is missing 5 bowlers. 

 

The form of Kohli and Mayank does not inspire me to think that 7/129 would be much different. Especially given Kohli leaves after the First Test.

Yes, rahane should have been given lbw in 40s. In actual series, he will be getting out whenever ball strucks on the pad.

Mayank & KL at top. Both will motivate each other at the crease and I think one of them will perform decently.

All can hold the bat till #10. #9 and #10 can smack of a few quick runs if no proper batsman at the other end. This would honestly be the best possible attack. 

 

Siraj, Saini, Thakur etc will have to wait until 2nd or 3rd game.

It just shows how poor our batting has been overseas. Openers have been nonexistent since 2018 SA tour for most part. They are not giving bowlers any chance to even stay in the matches.

Pandya is not playing that's for sure.  Indian TM knows his fitness is still not 100%.  No test cricket for him I think.
