Plays a huge role. Have you played in 40 degrees?l for Red ball? Unless you are used to it, playing in such conditions would be extremely tough for bowling sides without bowling support. Troy Cooley went from English bowling coach to Aussie bowling coach, Rod Marsh became Academy Head in England after doing the same role for Australia for over a decade. No one had a problem. Will be a lot of fun if Bayliss becomes Aussie coach and Langer takes over England. Link to comment
