But I don't think any Pakistani will get into an IPl side considering only 4 overseas players can play. We get plenty of guys from Aus SA ENG NZ to fill them. Even Sean Abott has outbowled Pakistani bowlers in T20s in Australia & was MoM. Shaheen although is very Talented but I don't think he has T20 skills with ball. Dude was smashed in NZ. He is no Umar Gul who is an ATG T20 bowler. Kane Williamson has struggled to get into T20 XI in IPl last year in SRH. So Babar has no chance in my view. He is a class act no doubt but he's not a hot property over likes of Dawid Malan & others. Steve Smith smashed Pakistani bowlers in T20 series in Australia & won tge series.
