Arjun can be groomed like say former NZ player James Franklyn of New Zealand (also played in IPL) who played as someone who can bat and bowl both in t20s. 
 

No harm in investing in another 21 year old when so many 20 some get picked and are probably just their to fill the squads. Arjun has lot of work to do but I think he is likely going to improve.

How it's second? Guy has played India u19. There have been plenty unknown cricketers have been picked in the past without any credentials.

Unknown cricketers getting picked without any credentials on the basis of talent scouts vs sons of influential fathers getting picked by franchises - of course one and the same.

 

I wish Arjun well, but unless he can put in a performance or two of note, his stints at India nets, MCC Young 11, Mumbai u-19, India u-19 and now IPL will remain suspect for me personally.
