Maybe Germans deserved that. Today they stopped the clock when 29 seconds were remaining, lost some 10 seconds when ball was in play, and they got a PC in final 7 seconds. Imagine the level of organized cheating!!!!!

She won a bronze medal in the women's 53 kg event at the 2018 World Wrestling Championships and again in 2019 in the women's 53 kg event at the 2019 World Wrestling Championships. lets see if Vanessa can keep Vinesh alive..

Besides we don't have clout in the boardroom and will get outvoted every time, whatever said and done BCCI is the richest cricket board and can get things done in ICC often by being a bully. No scope in hockey, we need a successful league first and foremost.

They are just thinking of reducing number of holes needed for every player to complete. So nothing like DL but more like overs being reduced in cricket for both teams to finish of the game in time.

 

The poor weather which is expected over the weekend is making organisers question whether they should take early action and announce right now if the results will be deicided at the end of 72 holes which was how it was supposed to be or should they reduce it to 54 holes

Shashank Manohar was indias worst enemy i agree. He ran to icc as he lost his clout in bcci and then became the nemesis of india. India played a waiting game which india is good at in these matters.. got his favourite manu sawhney out on bullying charges and then got the kiwi greg barclay on board  as ceo. It was so strange to see in the fight for seat indra nooyi sided against india and wanted Khawaja a pakistani to be ceo Instead of greg barclay whom india was supporting.

Nelly Korda who is leading the women's golf is the daughter of Petr Korda, the tennis player who has won a grand slam and the elder sister of Sebastian Korda, up and coming tennis player. Her mother was also a tennis player and her elder sister Jessica is also a golf player. Wow truly a sporting family

Poyzz journalists and news media has gone into a maatam state after Indias hockey bronze. Imagine the state if we had won the gold.

The Genetically Superiors meatkins cannot even send athletes to the events.

 

A good show from our young hockey team. Hopefully these guys peak for Paris 2024. 

On to women hockey, Hopefully they also win. That will be a great achievement for us.

I didn't aim to fix this per se. It just happened. I started Yoga last year, in May during the depressing lockdown period. Before starting Yoga, my mind was going crazy with the stressful situation. During the IPL last year, I noticed that I no longer feel the heavy tension or big heart thumps when watching my favorite players anymore. I ascribe these benefits to Yoga. I agree it is an ocean. You can start with Suryanamaskar. It is a full body exercise which can strengthen your heart. There's tons of videos on Youtube. Check out a few and follow the instructions given. Initially, you can do 10-15 reps of Suryanamaskar and keep adding more as you develop proficiency. Try Yoga for 10-12 weeks and you will see a positive difference.
