Shahnawaz dahani is debuting for Pak today consistently around and over 90 mph. Getting great bounce and a bit of movement. A little expensive so far but looks to be a mouthwatering prospect.

Dahani is a effort less pacer, his action is neat and in terms of technical aspects he is terrific, he will have a big role to play for Pakistan in the longer formats, but I whole heartedly believe prasidh, saini and karthik tyagi all have great potential, they to have effortless pace, just feel our selectors have not yet quite identified which formats suit which bowlers, prasidh, Siraj I feel can be multi format bowlers, Saini needs to be bowling quick and does have a role in odi cricket. We could assemble a team with prasidh, Siraj, saini, bumrah and avesh in all formats.

If he is 23, Kartik Tyagi is still in his diapers. Looks to have fudged his age by at least 3 years.

As usual obsessed with their ages :phehe:

Man stfu. Like your guys look their age. Go and apply some burnol.

Pakistani system age counting start after after 5 years of baby being born and then on top of it fudging at different level , like u16, u18, u23. So any players typically is 8-9 year older than what they claim. They can remain at same age for 3-4 years during their playing tenure some talented one's even stop aging or reducing ex: All afridi clan, Gobar Azam and Ifti Dadu etc etc.

At least 5 to me. Looks like Munaf Patel when debuted at 22 but was actually 27. He fudged his age by 5 years.

My guys or not. Regardless I despise age fudges. He'll kohli isn't 32 imo. Looks 35. Should be banned. I hate age fudgers. Your boy looks 25. Tyagi legit looks 20. Bimsillah from your team I.e dhahani looks atleast 25.

In between all the cries about age fudging by these posters, it is important to point out how petulant their opinions and writing styles are.

Why you guys are so conscious of age, OK, he is age fudging , so what, is he playing in a age-limit tournament ? No other format talks about so much about age . Move on, talk about if Dhani is good or not good.  The moment a Pakistani players does well, whole group of pinheads here drag the topic to age and other non-sense.

Shadab is a massive massive age fudge machine even by normal standards.  No way in hell he is 23.  He is borderline Afghan level age fraud.

Nevertheless thread is about Dahani & yes he is a great prospect.  Should be tried in test match cricket...  Over lassan Ali

Doing well against bangla is now doing well? Ok.

But yes. He has potential. He has the potential to be the next wasim in bowling 4 overs per game.

Anyhow Dahani doesn't have his action together, is yet to fill out his frame and is still a 90 mph bowler.

Fully expect him to become a world class bowler in a couple of years.
