India conceded 348 in first test with ATG bowling attack, Bangladesh conceded 328.

India was bowled out for 165 and Bangladesh is 87/1.

Booms was carrying an injury. Also no siraj or thakur.

Wickets go ultra flat on days 2 and 3 in New Zealand.

It was panoti loli's cursed luck with the tosses that costed us the series there as much as NZ's potency.

But let's see how this ends. Bangladesh are capable of imploding any moment.

Loaded question, in cricket conditions matter the most having said that if Bangers can draw a test then they'd have unquestionably done better than u

India barely avoided innings loss in first test.

Bangladesh would do better by just ensuring they compete in all 4 innings.

That's the biggest issue with NZ wickets! It's a triple whammy is some ways, much more juicy track on the first day or so then gets flatter on day 2-3 & doesn't deteriorate much on days 4-5, so batting first can be a massive *ing disadvantage :whack:

This test is heading towards Day 3 and is likely to go into Day 4 ,and possibly even day 5.

We lost both the tests in 2 and half Days.  LOL

So, Bangladesh have already outperformed us, regardless of the end result.

Could be a high scoring draw...  Also pretty shameful that Shakib isn't here.  Dude is probably most selfish pri*k & prima Donna of BD side.  Lives in USA as well.  If he was here BD could have been in more stronger position.

Will gladly take NZ not making the finals this time & a phainty from Saffers in Feb would be icing on the cake.

BD Scored 596 in one test against them batting first I remember and still lost. Also they crazily declared at 596/8 and took a first innings lead. Issue is the second innings. If they can play second innings well they have a chance. Also dont forget india lost toss in both tests in nz and batted first. Its the only ctry where batting 4th is better. If you see the history in 1998 dravid ganguly both scored 4th innings centuries in 3rd test and held on to a draw, the match before that nz chased 200 plus and won, in 2002 same nz chose 215 in 4th innings if i remember and won, in 2008 gambhir batted through 4th innings for epic century, in 2014 first test if there were not horrible umpiring decisions ( rahane) we would have chased the 350 plus 4th innings target. Even in next test kohli got a 4th innings century.. so yes toss becomes a deciding factor and 4th innings is much much easy as pitch becomes uber flat.
