That is because Ind lacks a good balance and hitting abilities (versus good attacks which come out with well laid plans and innovation) 

 

If Ind is thinking X now,  chances are that stronger teams could be at X.1 or X.2 at the WC

jadeja's strike rate is 113 in T20Is, dude literally won't start hitting until 18th over. On the top of it, his bowling is a liability and a better spinner will miss the spot in the team because of him

Pushing Jadeja to no. 4 in T20S is a bad move.
