Kohli averaged 9! in that series. Ashwin and Jadeja are still in their primes now. Jadeja has improved his batting. Axar is better than Jayant and Kuldeep. We have much better pace options now. But now if you look back, we actually played our stronger batting unit there. just had our weaker bowlers. our full strength bowling down under would have been bumrah, siraj, shami and (prasidh now) along with thakuraaaaa. this aussie side is a great team. easily amongst top 6/7 of all time. india is slightly better as we are probably 4th or 5th but i am telling you now, if we underestimate them we can lose.
