This was a horrible win for india . This felt like deja vu . Top order of Kohli pujara flopping. Rescued by pant - Ayer - ash - axar combo 

 

we deserved to loose. At least rahul and Kohli might have been dropped 

 

now will see them again with fake aggression . Somehow we will make to wtc finals.  We don’t deserve tbh. If Kohli- pujara - rahul in top order , with our extraordinary dropping capability , we deserve to be second again .

did you feel bad after we won against Pakistan in t20 ? we played **** cricket even then and should have lost that game.

But this has gone on for far too long and become a systemic issue. How can any starting X1 include multiple passengers every single game?

I am absolutely appaled by the selections. We cannot keep carrying passengers. We just cant. This gas to stop. We need to have a chat about this with bcci. Everyone of us should send a formal complaint and write some scathing stuff in the email to bcci.

Too long, how about eternally? We're seeing the same $h!t show since at least 2011 in modern times, pretty sure it was similar in the 90's then 80's & even before that. India is destined for mediocrity, in all facets of life, we just need to accept that

Had it been the odis or t20s ,I would have rooted for Bangladesh to beat us ,that actually did happen, but the main reason is because our Loi team requires a big overhaul ,also I don't rate these chapri bilaterals.

In tests ,I actually want us to do well ,I like that format ,we have a great talented side if we Shunt out the oldies and flop guys.

Happy for the win ,even if it was a bad one but make no mistake ,Australia will beat us in a couple of matches if we don't raise our levels or at least make a few changes

Hopefully we saw the end of Dhawan at least in ODI series & Kishan making double ton. 

Otherwise that series loss will be a waste too

As a Fast bowling fan, I really enjoyed the 2016 to 2021 period in tests. 

 

The first 2.5 years of this period saw the building of a good pace attack when our group of pacers learnt bowling in good areas while sustaining pace. Then, from late 2018 to mid 2021 saw us win 2 Test series in Australia and leading 2 -1 in England. 

 

Winning 2 World Cups and a CT, from 2007 to 2013, was an enjoyable period in white ball cricket.

 

If you can't see the difference from these times to now, what can I say  !!

If a loss meant some real deep thinking and required change - then yes, it would have done us good. We're taking about the Indian cricket team here.. shameless bunch with zero remorse. The players of this team - except maybe Pujara, ashwin, Umesh, siraj -would have zero effect and would happily collect their match fees and walk away. Us fans, the usual fools would still be cribbing about it for years to come... Good that we won. We can just forget and move on
