SHAMMI may be rested and Umran Malik could replace him. SIraj would be spearhead and Kuldeep Sen and Arshdeep both may be included. rohit and virat - one of them could ask for rest. Rohit was the highest scorer in our series vs Eng in Eng He then scored a brilliant century on a rank turner vs Aus in India.
