On another note this rizwan guy is maha nautanki even few pakistani dont like him. This idiot confessed after match that he was doing injury nautanki, this guy is show off mullah, hope Pandya bounce him out after making fool out of him on 14th.

Pakistan wanted to be the flag bearer of Islam. However both Bangladeshis & specially Afghans treat them like dirt.

Hence, these nautanki's like Rizwan are specifically trained to perform such antics & gain some brownie points.

We have players like Zak, Kaif, Shami, Siraj, Saba Karim etc none of them ever did such dramebaazi on the ground. Even Afghanis don't do such antics.

What a facking basturd!

Read this from NYT:

Threat of death

Shiri Bibas, a young mother, is holding her two redheaded sons — Ariel, who’s 4, and Kfir, 9 months — as armed militants surround them in an online video.

In a separate video, Doron Asher Katz, who’s 34, is being blindfolded in the back of a pickup truck. Next to her are her mother Efrat Katz, 67, and her daughters, Raz, 5, and Aviv, 3.

Twelve-year-old Erez Kalderon appears in yet another video, being pushed down a path by Palestinian militia members.

Noam Elyakim, a father, can be seen limping while militants march him across the border into Gaza. When attackers entered his home on Saturday, they shot him in the leg and used his wife’s phone to livestream as they abducted the family, including his daughters Dafna, 15, and Ella, 8.

Yaffa Adar, 85, is the woman in an image that much of the world has seen, as she sat in a golf cart that militants drove into Gaza. She normally takes medication for chronic pain and heart and lung conditions. “Without her medication, every minute is a horror for her,” Adar’s granddaughter told The Washington Post.

There is no recent precedent for the scale of the hostage situation in the Gaza Strip. Hamas, the militant group that governs much of Gaza, abducted about 150 people during its weekend invasion of southern Israel. Most of the hostages are civilians. Hamas has threatened to execute them one by one and videotape the killings each time an Israeli airstrike hits Gazans in their homes.

No modern government — not even the world’s most brutal, like those in Russia or North Korea — has used hostages in this way: as human shields, under threat of public execution. It is a reminder of why both the U.S. government and European Union categorize Hamas as a terrorist organization.

War is here

The hostages are also shaping the initial stages of this new war between Israel and Hamas, complicating Israel’s planned retaliation.

Not answered the question I see.

In this heightened war like situation, showing support to one side, is like supporting the terrorists of that side who started the latest escalations. It is mere dog-whistling.

n politics, a dog whistle is the use of coded or suggestive language in political messaging to garner support from a particular group without provoking opposition.

From NYT:

Global outrage

Both sides know that Israel is on the verge of a full-scale invasion of Gaza, intended to destroy Hamas and prevent future attacks. Israelis seem largely united behind this goal, despite their political divisions: Hamas’s attacks have killed at least 1,200 Israelis — relative to population size, the equivalent of around 44,000 Americans.

Many victims were defenseless civilians. One video shows a group of armed Hamas members marching four Israelis, with their hands tied behind their backs, down a street. Another video, analyzed by The Washington Post, shows the four lying on the same street, shot dead.

The Indian team has one clear task at hand : Beat the s*. out of these islamic fanatics on 14th & make it 8-0.

the humiliation and anger that their  awam will shower on them after a humiliating loss against India - they will crumble in the rest of the tournament under pressure.

BCCI does need to warn ICC - that such public displays of religion will result in deportation.  Keep your religion to your homes.

Indian team doesn't even care, they are all about doing mujra on social media

The only thing they can do is pray.

Israelis are a civilized first world people supported by all countries of substance in the world. Palestien is only supported by Muslim countries (and even the major Muslim countries recognize Israel).

IDF is going to bring the wrath of god down on Gaza and these *ers won't be able to do anything but cry "Pray for Gaza"

No, It really isn't. If he had said "this is dedicated to the Hamas attackers", you would be right. He did not say that.

You have no issues with the timing? At the time when Gazans killed 1200 Israeli civilians. The region itself is in the focus today due to the civilians massacre.

BCCI and ICC has obligations. Let them host Pak team and do what they want.

Why dont you buy a ticket and go stand outside the stadium but refuse to enter. If 100K indians stand outside and keep the stadium empty, the message will be huge. Buy as many tickets you can and go stand outside peacefully. Not just ICC or BCCI or GoI but the whole world will take a note. No sloganeering, No banners, no statements and no jingoism. Just quietly refuse to enter the stadium. Go right upto the entry point, show your tickets, and say I refuse to enter. Rest of us can SWITCH OFF the TVs. Sponsors will get the message.

This approach will be historic if done.

The problem is the timing matters. He made this statement after Hamas attacked innocent babies and decapticated them. What is he supporting gaza for ?  Being very vague is an art of islamists. Did he condemn the killing of babies by Hamas ? It’s not just him Moen Ali and many islamists do that. Is religion the only basis for supporting terrorist activities? Even pak pm mentioned this is bound to happen than condemning the terrorist attack.

That’s how the “Save or Free Gaza” brigades work. Giving cover fire to Hamas terrorists. Israel always retaliates after a terrorist attack - whether intifada or rocket strikes “. So, any loss of life in life in retaliation is seen as a war cry against zionists forces. This time the timing is horrific with babies beheaded. No amount of cry for Gaza is justified with the baby killing.

he doesnt have a word for Jews but for his brothers & sisters in Gaza. Thats classic Umma speak. Mixing sports & politics is a move perfected by the 2-faced por.kis

Does the nation /humanity come before religion for you too? have to question your intent on defending Rizwan here...

One example for the so called moderates

This is another fascination exchange , that the west loses the ideological war because the legitimacy given to Muslim Brotherhood and other organizations like CAIR, IAMC etc. which give support throught back channels. There is nothing wring wrong in "Save/Free Gaza" placardists, but in return they are legitimizing the terrorists who are fighting behind women and children on purpose. Hamas leadership is not even living in Gaza. They are in plush villas in Qatar. Their children get all access to hospitals and schools of and have free access in and out of Gaza, but the common man has a blockade.

I urge to BCCI and BJP should intervene and stop this $%ing "ranga rang" program before the match. WTF are they doing? Let me say it LOUD and CLEAR, I blame BJP entirely.

Most newspapaers are carrying it now. Golden ticket holders (like AB Sr, Tendulkar, Rajnikanth) invited to this jashn-e-kirkut now. If it really happens , Govt should not let it happen. Bloddy blood-suckers.

Govt. approval has already been taken in all probability.
