Not about step back or forward.. its how you treat individuals.. no player wants to play bad.. no captain wants to lose matches.. its a part of the game.. but treating people with dignity and respect will always trump everything else..crickey world cup comes and goes.. to indians 2011 happened yesterday and same for pakistanis ct 2017 just happened last week.. insinuation never yields positive results.. india was 1-0 up against saf and kohli was thrown out and see what happened. India lost the chance to win series.. once you have decided a captain for a series all changes should happen after the tournament ends..

Jadeja was out after that from test team as well.. he had a hamstring.. he didnt play the 36 test.. played the sydney and melbourne test..in sydney broke his thumb..
