These are Pak bots accounts which open up to posts messages like this to target Indian players ( Shami and Arshdeep to stoke the religious angle) or international players families to defame India and Indian fans as a whole.

 

Any comment from an actual Indian citizen must mean a beating of a lifetime and full arrest and tried in the court of law. My money is on the former being more likely
