He bowled his heart out in this game.

while Bumrah was intimidating, he was making the ball talk.

on top of that what a lovely character. Love the drama, his innocence, passion and intent.

he will be one of my fav crickers of all time for sure regardless of how rest of his career pans out.

love this guy.

Totally agreed here.

He (and Saini) emerged at at time when we were struggling to find quality pacers. He made an immediate impact and has stuck around and given some excellent performances. He could be a bit more consistent especially at home, but the positives outweigh the negatives. I still think he debuted 2 years too late.

an honest trier and gives it all and infact gets too excited sometimes.

Wanted to drop him but no doubting his attitude/commitment.

Needs to calm down/mature a bit and hes fine

Problem seems to be in his non-cricketing aspects and that's not something I say about any player in general.

He still doesn't bowl with upright seam position which i still have problem with. Probably kookaburra suits him more than SG balls

That is something coaches should work with

commies said even Pat Cummins dont bowl with upright seam..and bowls with some dirty seam..so even doesnt know which side it will move..forget about batter..

Siraj if has to bwol with wobbly seam..tahts fine..as long as he bowls with accuracy, pace and intensity..you just need a little movement either side to unsettle the batters

What a character. Absolute self made guy, and so humble. The fire he shows on field is the kind of fire we remember seeing from Aussies and Pakistanis, when we were kids.

This guy is the real deal.

In post match intvw he admitted his run up got short..seems he dont know why? weird..arent coaches and experts helping him?

Short run-up reduced his pace by at least 5 kph.

Even Steyn never bowled with upright seam.
