But you can't do much because of their reputations and aura until they self-destruct. Highly talented guys almost always don't make good captains. This is how he probably became the captain. Probably threw people under the bus in team selection meetings. Ever since Dhoni, Indian captaincy has become a poisoned chalice which means anyone who does it gets power to their head and is hellbent on destroying indian cricket- atleast Kohli delivered Test match revolution and results.
