Not benefit but distract and divert. It's also about keeping your civilians in check.

This hyperbole is counter-productive, when we need to push real information. They can always say how do we differentiate between information warfare vs real news.

Next time, Pak attacks for real in Jaisalmer and if India defends or reports it, internationl media might think it is the same disinformation as before.

S400 everyone wanted it... Except US threatening us and That Homo beeef eater Iyer Mitra.

Rafale deal was pretty much done deal  much earlier as well.

Some technical stuff was being negotiated.

Anyways 36 Rafale in 11 years is no big deal imo.  We should have gotten close to 100 by now.

I think we should develop our own 5th gen AMCA and focus more on Drone and UCAVs.

This is new gen warfare.

Yes, we have to ramp up our 5th Gen jets production fast.

For a stop gap 3-4 squadron of Su-57 & 5-6 squadron of Rafael will work for next 6-7 years (assuming AMCA starts delivering in bulk by 2033).

Our real enemy is China, Pakistan-Kanglus are just minor pawns

Having thought through I came to an epiphany and relaxed a bit. Next 5-7 years will be a period of conflict. We will be victorious at the end. India will prevail rest assured. But it has just begun now.

Only issue is internal strife.... Unemployment can create a lot of unrest and managing both ( external and internal) could be challenging to any govt in power

I think we are witnessing a sea of change the way govt is functioning.

The way they are cracking down, and showing strong governance, who would have thought we will see The Wire getting banned in India.

I think sh*t is about to hit the fan for some of these people

Counter-narrative from Pakistan:
Even if Pakistan were to arrest or eliminate all terrorist elements, India would still not honour the Indus Waters Treaty. Many in Pakistan believe that India's true objective is not about terrorism but about using water as a weapon — to slowly bring Pakistan to its knees through drought and thirst. This perception fuels continued public support for the military and even for extremist groups, who are seen not just as militants but as defenders against India's broader aggression.

If Pakistan keeps killing innocents and expect  water that cannot happen. In 70 years they have sent terrorists and multiple wars with India. They should have stopped after first war but we didn’t and thought Pakistan would change. They should not send water at all because we can’t trust Pakistan

India and Indians in general don't think like that, if they thought like that, they would have done lot of things to crush Pakistan in 1971 itself.

This is the narrative your army has been propagating since 1947 to mislead Pakistanis to justify their existence.

Is India to Russia what Pakistan to China is?

India could have trusted Soviet Union though, but Putin ...

India is/was not after Pakistan's sovereignty since 1947. Pakistanis need to stop acting as if they are victims here.
