Yes but BCCI still doesn't want long tours for NZ and SA. This is where they compromise on the cricket schedules.

It's the SA board that doesn't want more than two tests. They want more T20s against India.  Last time too, SA board cancelled one test and scheduled T20s in place that.

Indian white ball tours generate money for host boards , not red ball ones. That's not the case with ENG and maybe Australia.

Doubt Aus red ball tours generate money either, smaller market, time difference. How come they get 3 and 4 test series all the time?

They got a 2 test series in NZ. They don't get more than 3 nowadays unless they are touring India or England.

Jayden Seales has been a good find for the Windies.

Problem for the Windies is they have a trio of bowlers in Alzarri Joseph, Shamari Joseph and Seales.

2 of 3 seem to fire.

In I1 Shamari and Seales got 7 wickets with Alzarri 0.

In I2 Shamari and Alzarri have 5 wickets with Seales 0

In their pace quartet days - usually 3 of 4 used to fire.

But they are getting there - they need one more mean @ss bowler. Also have to find a Lara/Viv and another Chanderpaul. Then they are back in contention.
