to posters who understand tamil this is what happened. Naqvi took the trophy because Pakistani got the trashing, so they take the cup for bearing the trashing.

Let him keep the trophy.

The name on the record says that India won the tournament.

He can do whatever he wants with the trophy including sticking it up his arse.

The audacity of the man is contemptuous.

BCCI should now scrap the hybrid model, which would allow Pak to play 2026 T20 WC in Sri Lanka. That would be a way to kick Pak from the WC all-together.

Exactly. As hosts, India will host tournament in India. If Pakistani dont come, who cares

If they come , shameless GOI, BCCI and 56 inchi will again make our girls dance infront of jihadis to welcome them just like they did during 2023 WC.

Never understood why pak would want to willingly get in a fight witn BCCI considering BCCI has a lot of power in cricket and can actually manage to isolate PAK (right or wrong - is another discussion). It's like willingly trying to shoot themselves on their own feets when their cricket is below world standard now - went from competing against the top 5 to winning a match against AFG breaks out in massive celebration. All this, knowing that the next WC is hosted by IND.

Trophy is still with the Trophy Chor.

Too many media cycles being wasted on this pointless issue. The players did the job on the field and that's all that counts once India had decided to play the tournament which there was a very strong case for not doing. It was always known that Naqvi is the ACC head as well the Pakistani defence minister and India wouldn't play ball with him. Too many random people now keeping this pointless jostling going. Just move on to more important things - Pakistan is irrelevant for Indian cricket.
