You are not wrong, but @Lone Wolf  has a valid point. 

 

Modi was carrying the baggage of Godhra as CM and it impacted his conduct as PM quite a few times. He was also wrongly trying to win acceptance with the Western media.

 

Himanta carries no such baggage.  He can speak suavely, with powerful logic in English and shut up the Western media and even shame them for their hypocricy after he takes actions

BJP is never getting a complete package like Modi again. Has it all...charisma, charm, brains, oratory skills, confidence, guts, work ethic, sense of sacrifice, incredible mental toughness, luck, and came through the grind of the system from humble origins. Sure, like all humans, has negative qualities as well, but positives outweigh negatives. 

 

Many of us have criticized him often, but that is because of our lofty expectations. He truly is a generational leader, like Ronald Reagan.

Modi is indeed one of it's kind, and that's why it's extremely important that he chooses the successor carefully. Modi took charge when country's economy was in shambles, yet he worked upon it and took it to levels.
Likes of Yogi Adityanath, Himanta Mama, T Raja Singh carry the same amount of values. They may not be as great orator, and probably borderline arrogant as well. But they do have other qualities which you have mentioned.

Why is no one questioning Indian govt and agencies ? How can one get thousands of kilos of RDX and ammonium nitrate ? Dont we have monitoring in place ?

There is a process for it. Questions are always asked by opposition in proper discussions in the houses. Every concern is discussed. Government will have to respond to them in an official way.

Things are very different in police station or ATS department than what you have written. Also they are not in judicial custody but in police custody now.Moreover, this is a terrorism case now.

 

Even in relatively very small or petty cases they deal with accused strongly when they decide to.

Personally for me the way India is handling Trump is a blueprint for a lot if non G2 nations.

 

If india can come through this, it will show its a resiliant country which investors will respect.

He has the qualities to be a leader people can elect and worked hard for it. He is successful because of Amit shah as well. Amit shah has done things like campaigning, 370 removal and elimination of Naxals. No one can even dream of things like elimination if naxals and 370. Congress couldn’t even come close. Manmohan Singh even mentioned naxals are biggest threat to India.

Need him to counter Younus. Cannot overwhelm Modi here.
