The review is over the top but that is the kind of movie discussion that should ideally happen. It is good to read how he justifies his views.

 

What happens with inexperienced agenda driven reviewers is that they try to highlight aspects of the film which align with their agenda, portraying a film as a propaganda vehicle which could do disservice to the filmmakers. After this film, many of such folks will attempt to find a tweet or a piece of news or simply another film to advance their agenda driven point of view. In that sense, it  is neither a movie discussion nor appreciation of art but simply an opportunity to channelize an agenda.

Dhar can't be called biased at all imo.

The dialogue was Govt hands are tied now due to coalition politics and hence they can’t take any kinetic action, but will do Dhurandhar project.  The decision to return 3 terrorists after IC814 was taken by an all- party meeting too

Just because of the last line in the movie - Yeh maya Hindustan hain , ghar mein ghusega bhi aur maarta bhi.. uttered by a Sahab in many rallies . Also about a Minister and his son letting fake rupee racket happen in Pak. Quite a few that can be called biased to BJP , farther to call it propaganda. The toolkit definitely wanted to call this like a 72 hooray type movies

Note "masculine". Have said it before. If not for Animal there would be no Dhurandhar. Not in the form that it was delivered. Vanga's uncluttered fearless approach was bound to open new doors.

there possibly isnt a single original song in the movie.  but the remakes are crazy good. this is the original 'karvaan' from barsaat ki raat (1960) and the cover version
