Don't see how safety can be guaranteed for players and fans in places like London, Birmingham, Manchester etc when the jihadi menace is everywhere from taxis to take-aways. Except in cases where Cricketers were specifically targeted (like what happened with SL cricketers in Pak), I don't think pull out should happen IMO. These terrorists' main agenda is to create fear and we should not be helping their agenda.

BCCI has already expressed their written concern to ICC, and has been assured of taking every measure possible to ensure safety and security of the players.
