Bat first or chase against pak

I personally like chasing against them even though pak is marginally better defending than chasing.

 

Australia and England too if I remember correctly among all the bashing they were doing to pak in recent tours lost an odd game as they were caught off guard on a bad day which gave pak a solitary win.

 

on the other hand if you are chasing you are usually more careful to avoid slip ups as you have a target in mind.

Kohli activates god mode in chases, so I would rather chase. We have other good chasers in Dhoni and Dhawan as well.

Also pakistan will play spinners so better to play Karthik as Karthik is good against spin on such tracks.
