If the rumors of him opposing picking  Kuldeep in the 4th test are true, then most likely no. Although kohli has not shown so far in his short tenure, that he would take the gamble and blood some youngster.

Kohli hasn't shown fully yet that he trust all the juniors that easily, however he has shown that he is ready to give chances to players like Jadhav who have been toiling hard in domestic cricket and were not given much chance by previous captains.

 

So some negatves but definitely some plus that he gave new life to a career like that of Jadhav who otherwise would have quit after playing few more years of domestic cricket and IPL.
