that's bonkers. Who is paying for this ICC or PCB? 

If coach is getting this, then how much will players get for one match? definitely more

 

And it tells you of the situation if you have to pay extortionate amount of money to convince players to travel to play one match in Pakistan.

This wont dispel any of doubts in security, it will only strengthens the case that despite providing fool proof security that players are not convinced with safety unless compensated with huge sums of money 

 

Anyways let's wait and see, hopefully tours of SL and WI are completed successfully.

Such matches are no different than those exhibition matches in USA. Just some highly publicized friendly matches featuring random players. The aim has to be a full-tour, consecutive matches.
