You too bought that argument of form? Dhawan and Rohit aren't in prime form and Kohli knows it. So called form is just hype created by them. Dhawan averaged like 47 in last series and didn't score any 100.

I am not supporting his moves of  dhawan n rohit over kl n rahane, average of 47 is good man infact more than good and Rohit is coming out with 200 in odi and a 100 in testmatch but there is a world of difference in scoring those runs vs Lanka and sa that was my point. lets  just agree here and end this discussion.

47 on flat pitch is hardly prime form.

We are not talking about prime time Steyn here. Steyn has played only one test the previous two time he made comeback and then got injured again. This happened against us in India and against England/ Aus. So his body is clearly past it when it comes to handling the rigour of test cricket. I see him retiring from test cricket imminently.

Rohit came out of 200 in 2013  and 100 in test against WI and went to Sa failed

Rohit made another 200 in 2014 and went to Aus failed

 

There are enough lessons in past and kohli doesnt learn it. Same was the case with yuvraj selection ....and the outcome was no different. Being repeated with Kathik n Rahane in ODI still

You're saying as if he is making some of mistake. It's lesson only for us. For him he is doing right thing PR, business wise and personally.

 

It's not easy to have good friends and certainly not worth losing them for some matches which would eventually get him nothing.

Steyn was finding his rhythm back ,yes ,but he wasn't anywhere near his best form .if the pitch remains similar throughout the series then any decent pacer can chip in and a guy like morris will strengthen the average saf batting order

Dear Ganguly, why only blame Kohli. There are many ICF fankids who were getting orgasmic with Kohli's record at home and now getting reality checks.

NGIDI WILL BE PLAYING HOME GROUND IF HE MAKES DEBUT. HOPE HE PLAYS. AND MAYBE HE MIGHT JUST PLAY AS THE Political nature of South Africa would like to see two black fast bowlers in the test team. And with quota system pressure will be on Gibson to select NGIDI to play ahead of Olivier. Pheletshiwyo also an all rounder option. Dammmn I am excited. Can this mat help just start already

Yes very well brought in by you.Rohit might  or will succeed in overseas loi cricket but definitely not the same weapon in tests abroad
