May be they shud look at a new captain like Iyer and if they see potential n him as captain ....back him and build a team with him

he wont be playing that y he stepped down, their wasnt a problem with his captaincy.....he is a very good captain but when ur not performing urself u dnt deserve a place. To vacate a place he stepped down

So looks like he is almost done then. Should start looking for mentor jobs. As we know any tom, dick and harry can become a mentor nowadays.

For the World IPL might be a Tamasha League, but its serious business for "Marwari" type of franchise owners, you don't perform you dont stay. Most teams have enough bench strength to challenge the under performers in the Playin XI. Good move by Gambo, better be safe than sorry.
