Its due to hip problem First 2 tests he was properly side on.

vvvslaxman Posted August 20, 2018 Posted August 20, 2018 How is the pitch behaving? Any turn on offer?
motomaverick Posted August 21, 2018 Posted August 21, 2018 So Ashwin is injured, which means we are a bowler short. If England score 250-260 today without losing many wickets, they will actually fancy chasing this down.

Anything above 200 on day 5 with less than 7 wickets will be very difficult.

Provided we have a spinner capable of taking advantage of a day 5 pitch. A half fit Ashwin just going through the motions will not help.
Zero_Unit Posted August 21, 2018 Posted August 21, 2018 i haven't been following the scorecard since the embarassing loss in the second test. About time Team India finally showed up. I dont see England winning this one. If they do, it will be legendary
asterix Posted August 21, 2018 Posted August 21, 2018 Any part time spinners we have just in case we need as I’m not sure Ashwin is fully fit...

Embarassing that even England have a competent part timer in Joe Root whereas we are left with none,A far cry from the days of Viru,Sachin,Dada who could make a difference with the ball Edited August 21, 2018 by GautiMaan
Nikhil_cric Posted August 21, 2018 Posted August 21, 2018 Ishant bowling on pads. Our bowlers just can't get it right consistently. Just not test class
