Adamant Posted November 27, 2020 Posted November 27, 2020 Jadejas case is curious. He plays like pollard on steroids one day and on the other day he plays like vijay shankar. Very confusing player. OpeningBatsman 1

I said then only he does this in IPL then back to sq in international, its happens every yr ppl shud kow it by now those semi final innings has a logic , jadeja has a pattern he scores when he has 15-20 overs left, check most of his 50s in ODI so was the case today but another key is RRR If RRR is around 6-7 its manageable for him if he is set, but when its around 8-10 its out his zone. This is why does well in test and suck t20 ...he panics n tries to hard and ends up loosing his bat shape Adamant 1
sage Posted November 27, 2020 Posted November 27, 2020 That Dhoni game vs West Indies where he managed to take a 60 from 60 balls chase down to the wire before losing in 2017. Scored 50 off 110 balls if memory serves me right. can't say for sure since my eyes were red and blood pressure skyrocketing Stan AF, nevada, raki05 and 1 other 4
jf1gp_1 Posted November 28, 2020 Posted November 28, 2020 (edited) Right.. Jaddu should have swung hi bat like Virat, Mayank, Rahul, Dhawan to look like someone whos intent was to win game cause clearly jaddus slow batting is what lost us the game big time. Edited November 28, 2020 by jf1gp_1

SK_IH Posted November 29, 2020 Posted November 29, 2020 Hardik Pandya deserves a honourable mention today
Majestic Posted November 29, 2020 Posted November 29, 2020 HP not like a SDP today. Batted more like a MSD today. Serpico 1
Stan AF Posted December 9, 2020 Author Posted December 9, 2020 Kohli 85(61) against Aus 3rd t20I 2020 India ended up losing by 12 runs.
Stan AF Posted December 9, 2020 Author Posted December 9, 2020 A worthy reminder. Took 41 balls to score his 1st 50 when the asking rate was 9.4 rpo. raki05, New guy, nevada and 1 other 2 2

Maybe they are spoilt by successful 55-60 run chases in the last 3 overs in the IPL. Such games are an outlier but these guys have made a template out if it, batting in ODI style for 15-16 overs and hoping for a flourish at the end which is more often a flush instead.
