Everyone is mature enough to know the limits, barring a few indiscretions (I have myself been guilty of crossing the limits a few times). That's what makes the engagement worthwhile I do not know enough but maybe because ICF is being run on a voluntary basis (not sure who pays for the server costs, domain name renewals etc) while the other forum is for-profit, which the founder has used to build his media profile and monetized it. goose 1
