Jamieson's place should go to Sams. Christian also looks good. Either of them will do better than him.

But what was interesting was Hesson stressing on fixing their batting in the middle overs in that mock thingy..They were going for Maxwell no matter what.

I thought Sachin Tendulkar was the most unlucky cricketer ever, Virat Kohli has now taken his place.

Not saying thay he doesn't make foolish calls but the guy is damn unlucky too.

Finch is a great t20 player, wasn't able to do zilch same goes for Stoinis when he was in RCb, Kl Rahul... Too many examples.

if it happens once, you can call it unlucky. If it happens again and again and again, maybe there is an underlying reason for it

Also KL Rahl averaged 44 with strike rate 156 in 2016 and didn't play 2017 due to injury when RCB let him go. So can't say they are "unlucky", they let him go for no reason at all and are paying for it

You can be unlucky 5000 times consecutively, it's a game of probabilities.

For example just look at his toss win record .

Ah but toss is completely dependent on luck as the coin is inanimate object. Players aren't inanimate objects, captains and dressing rooms influence will be on their performances

Can't wait to see their fans crying..  Man IPl isn't IPl till they start crying.  Always has been a mediocre side..  Never really rated their batsman..  The one in 2016 was the best they could ever conjure with their prime batters at their peak..  Otherwise both their batting & bowling has been awful

The choke masters VK and ABD have another chance to stamp their authority as the most unluckiest cricketers to have played the game.

Going by trend, Finch will score tons of runs this IPL, someone should really pick him.

I don't think performance of a top foreign player in a t20 league is that much dependent on their captain.

Even if that's the case, Indian batsman do well under him and the credit fully goes to those players.

RCB fans till 2016:- We will win the IPL this year.

RCB fans after 2020:- If we don't play Sunrises Hyderabad in knockout game, we will certainly win the IPL this year. :phehe:

Paddikal

Azhar(wkt)

Kohli

ABD

Christian

Sams

Sundar

Saini

Richardson

Chahal

This can be the team. Total 29 crore gone for serving water bottles. But I think Maxwell will play all games as he will give two overs of bowling.

Tendulkar was unlucky but had the decency to step down from captaincy when he realized he isn't effective as captain. He was just 27 but a superstar when he quit. He played for 12-13 years more under various Captains without any major issues. From what I remember, the declaration when he was in the 190s is the only issue of note he had with a captain. Kohli, OTOH has no decency whatsoever and will cling to captaincy no matter how much his team loses. One of the reasons the selectors keep him as captain is because he is too big a star/ego maniac to play as just a regular team member.

Tendulkar captained India for 4-5 years Kohli is in his 5 year. Also Sachin failed not only in tournaments but also in bilaterals.

Kohli is quite arrogant and that's what helped him to achieve what he did as a batsman but he doesn't realise that by arrogance and hard work you can improve only yourself, captaincy is not everyone's cup of tea. It is more related to social iq then batting iq.

I Hope he leaves loi captaincy.

In test matches he should be the captain without an inch of doubt.

Chill whatever happens today doesn't mean will happen in IPL. Maxwell failed in IPL and then scored big time in series against us .

Not saying that they cant fail but as of now anticipating on their international form is no point.
