Not necessarily. Bhuvi for e.g. did not attempt to even hit a boundary and focused on 2s. His SR is lower than Pant’s who played 30 balls.

 

As for 2 balls, 4. Usefulness, depends upon batting position. Teams have lost by 1 run.

Henceforth, our TM should ensure that hardik is wrapped with cotton wool while he comes out to bat.  Otherwise, he will get injured again.   One of those rare talents who always manages to find a way of getting injured , even if he faces as few as 10 deliveries.  Let alone bowling and fielding.    Yeah, let's all support this Ultra Fit multi dimensional player.

Trust me , if MI wasn't pumping crores of rupees in his torn down ripped jeans , he would be playing in Indian colors with skinned knees and broken backs as well but Ambani made sure his retirement from Indian team isn't too far

Shami & Bhuvi are liabilities. Bumrah has no wicket taking abilities. At best he can get 4 overs 30 runs spell.

On one side even though IPL has shown a lot of talent for India and has been a great platform - It has also exposed people like Pandya -where the money has pretty much taken away from the inner fight and hunger of Pandya brothers like it doesn't matter how they perform.   Money should not have an impact on an athlete in terms of work ethic and inner motivation  - Sachin / Kohli / MSD / LeBron / Kobe / Ronaldo  -  They have immense wealth but the inner fire never settled because of their financial status.

 

Pandya brothers -   Watches / cars , clothing / fashion / holidays - Seems like cricket is the last thing on their mind.  Why was Hardik playing with a broken back while being unfit for MI ?   Why did he even bowl to keep his useless brother in the playing 11 in Sri Lanka ?   - For them as long as MI is paying handsomely - Why bother injuring yourself for the National 11?

We all saw how he bowls these days. There is absolutely no rythm in his bowling.  One needs to go only 2 months back. In the series against SL, he bowled a couple of wides every over.  Out of which one was massive 5 wides over keeper's head.  Even  his 2 over spell could cost us the match.

Arre bhai, he will respond if people inquire. I don't mind if he does not bowl if not fully fit  as he went through this. And he can focus more on his batting. But if he can bowl a couple of overs and Ind makes it to the KOs, it is nice to have that option.

Pant and SKY can bat at 5 and 6 with Kishan at 4.

 

Shardul will hopefully replace Bhuvi.

I like Hardik when he is fully fit and in form.

 

But he is clearly neither.

 

Our selectors should stop including unfit players who are not in form.

 

The same has happened with Bhuvi.

 

This practice should stop. It is neither good for the team nor for the player.

Well ideally he should be out of the 15 as well as Bhukhe, Iyer & Char should replace them!

What now, the best white ball bowler in the world has no wicket taking ability.

 

Need to stop overreacting based on one match where our bowlers were bowling with a wet ball.

 

Agreed that Bhuvi needs to be replaced with Thakur, unfortunately there are no other pace bowlers to replace Shami ( Siraj, D Chahar would have been good options)

 

Hardik needs to be replaced as well, shyte squad selection, left with bare bones.

Reminds me of 2019 WC where we were searching for no 4. Now we are searching for bowlers because of a fake all rounder & stupid selection of bhuvi

We backed Rahane for No 4 all the way till the WC and dropped him right at the end.

 

Similarly Chahal and D Chahar was backed for long time, only to be dropped right before WT20. Someone like Natrajan as well was dropped without valid reasons, he has a unique skill set as a death bowler.
