Because looks like (as per some you tube video) pcb/Pakistani fraud has promised  Mr Bean show for poor Zimbabwean in exchange of a series in Pakistan when no team was travelling them. Infact these fraud nation have charged 15$ each person for that show....can you imagine 15$ per person from a poor country like zim for fake Mr. Bean show .
