You may have had a point if they do this regularly in all formats, outside T20 they're generally getting worse & worse! Lost to Oz at home & then drew vs SL away, in next year's WC there's a good chance they won't make it to semis. Is there "fight" good enough only for 40 overs?

The two best sides played the final and the better team won. No choke whatsoever.

Toss was very important here. Pak needed to chase vs Eng.

Tbf, in 2nd innings properly under lights ball swings miles here at MCG. We saw in Ind-Zim game too.

Agree but would you have criticised us if India managed to sneak into the semis after favourable results from other matches?

Don't know about choking but they were the most undeserving team to make the final. 

 

The gulf between the two sides were enormous.

Yes.  Of course. Especially if we are relying on an associate beating a top team and if our PM (who has nothing to do with cricket) mocks the performance of our arch rivals on twitter.  Only to see us getting exposed in the Final.  Its not possible for all indian fans to reply to Shazbazz Shariif on twitter.  This is the platform.  As long as it's within forum guidelines, I don't see any issue.

I don’t like pak the country. But Pak the cricket team fought admirably to be in the final and fought to their capability against Eng clearly the most dominant side in cricket t20 now. Not a choke in my opinion.
