6 bowling options and batting till 8 should be enough in LOIs.

And we had that in WC 2022.

Our problem was that we did not have batsmen who can bat and bowlers who can bowl. But nobody is thinking about this.

We need bowlers with pace and batsman with high SR

Frauds like Boobie who have no power will again come into picture with their pseudo swing and batting ability

I prefer the combo of just 1 AR + 2 batters who bowl + 2 bowlers who bat. this gives batting till 9, and 7 bowling options.

Exactly.  Ashwin/Axar are treated as T20 finishers.  Thakur/Chahar instead of Shami/Bhuvi would have been a much better option. That way Chahal could have come in. Ashwin/Axar could have batted at 9.

We aren't gonna get any unless those who have it, don't practice.
Jaiswal isn't bowling much, Shreyas has stopped bowling, Hooda isn't given any chances with bowl.
Sarfaraz, Samad, Rinku none of them are bowling in domestics...only Abhishek Sharma & Nitish Rana have shown some seriousness.

Same goes for bowlers...Mavi, Nagarkoti were capable batters lower down the order during U-19, now both seems to have lost that. Anukul Roy is neither here nor there, Kuldeep Yadav, Arjun Tendulkar, Rahul Chahar none of them are focussing with bat.
Bishnoi & Hangargekar are the 2 who're showing some dedication. Tewatia is another one who has managed to keep both the skills alive.

Actually we do have the batsmen and the bowlers, India's biggest problem is the fraudulent team management and BCCI.

They refused to pick them.

India had a 2nd XI team that would have gone close to winning the WC.

First you must get bowlers who can bowl and batsmen who can bat. Do well with their primary skills.

That is not going to happen 100% of the time even for the best teams. Sometimes they might fail too.  Especially in world events where you play different oppositions at different venues. Any top order collapse would force us to play conservatively like we did against Pakistan.  Good example is Srilanka vs Pakistan in Asia cup final. They lost flurry of wickets. Due to batting depth they kept attacking.  Nobody scored big. But sum of several cameos helped them put up a decent total. Their bowlers had enough to defend.
