Let the first teamers- Gill, Hardik, arguably even SKY- how knows if Iyer will be back- focus on ODIs now until WC

Give only fringe and young players T20Is , allow them to make/build a case for LOI spot... blood them if needed for WC

Tyagi isn't presenting a case even

He is mostly out of action(maybe not his fault)

4 spinners is too much. Axar was a surety as Jaddu is rested...but they should have selected Bishnoi and one between Kuldeep and Chahal.

 

In pace department Mukesh and Avesh are regressive decisions, along with Arshdeep and Umran they should have went with Harshit and one of Sen or Tyagi. Even likes of Hangargekar or Yudhvir could have played instead who are tall and hit the deck.

 

Batting wise things are more or less ok, I may have rested Gill and played Rinku instead as we need a finisher and none of the batters selected are suitable for no 6...but overall not much complaints with batters.

If they are not going to experiment against a side that played like minnows even among associate sides where else they can experiment?

Harshit is in Emerging Asia Cup squad along with Hangu...  They are doing well in selectors eyes for now & likely would play Asian Games as well.  Rinku may as well

so Jitesh dropped without giving a chance despite a stellar IPL

 

Tilak jumped ahead of Rinku. Only thing is Tilak plays for MI.

 

Should have selected Thakur or Mavi ahead of Mukesh. Atleast they can bat.

Rinku missing out is so bad. When will these selectors realise we need good finishers.There is definitely csk-mi lobby in selections.

If the squad is picked based on domestic then he did quite well in both SMA and VH trophy. if squad is picked based on IPL then what Mukesh and Avesh are doing there.

Why is this Avesh the trundler maar kha khan selected ? What the fukkk has he done. may be some bedroom activities. with selectors. Loser will get smashed in Windies as well. Rinku,Tewatia,Jitesh,Jurel, heck Vijay Shankar 2.0 couuld have been selected here or in emerging asia cup. Why ignore them completely you dumb mfers  Agarkar and the Mumbhaiya lobby  and who is Mukesh ? Tewatia,Rinku should have been groomed for finishing roles. Another opportunity for Ishan,Umran,Samson.
